For the average left chest embroidery, the ideal design has a
maximum dimension of 3.0" - 4.0" wide. There are exceptions when a
design has one dimension that is several times larger than the other.
The size of many designs is dictated by the smallest text in the design.
We will size your design appropriately based on our experience.

Small Text:
The smallest text we can embroider with any kind of accuracy is
about 0.25" (6mm) high. We can make adjustments to your design to
compensate for slight variations. Typically, a single line of text can
only include about 20 characters and spaces before it requires the text
to be split into two lines.

Caps:
The maximum height for a headwear design is 2.20” high (less for
visors). The width may be as wide as 5” or even more. Embroidery on the
side of a cap may be included.

Color
Changes:
A color change is a combination of thread colors that is used for
a particular fabric color. For instance, a design that is all black may
need a new color change, such as all white, on black fabric. We will
design any color change necessary to complete your order to our high
standards. We will send you scans of your actual color change if there
is any concern about your preferences.

Thread Colors:
Your embroidery may include up to nine (9) different colors at no
extra charge. We rarely need that many, but will use as many colors as
necessary to execute your design to your satisfaction.

Color Matching:
If we have color art of your design, we will use the displayed
colors to match our thread as close as possible to you logo. If you have particular
Pantone© PMS codes you specify, please furnish them and we will match
our thread accordingly. In either case, we will send you a proof for
your approval.

Embroidery
Proof:
Approximately one week after you place your order, we will e-mail
you a scan of your actual embroidery. This proof is sent to you for
approval before we proceed with production. Any changes you desire will
be made and a revised proof will be prepared and sent to you if
necessary.
Once you approve your design, your order is scheduled for
production and should be completed in about two weeks. We will e-mail a
proforma invoice when order is confirmed and on receipt of payment we
will proceed to produce and ship same with correct CARICOM documents.
The invoice will include your
tracking number so you can monitor delivery of your
order.
If you prefer, you may request a Pre-Production proof. After we
receive your e-mail approval of the design, we will send you a sample of
the garment with the actual embroidery for your approval. Of course,
this does delay the delivery of your order and a minimum order
requirement will apply.

Why A Sample?
Sometimes touching is believing and putting
your hands on it is the only way to be sure. It’s not a bad idea to
order a sample
to make sure you like the item before we embroider it for you.
Embroidered?
Most
clients only want to check the quality of the embroidered item. We can
embroider your sample for a charge of $20.00. |
How Do I Order?
The easiest way to place your order is to call
us on the phone between 8AM – 5PM. If you prefer, you may
download an order form, complete it and fax it to us (246-4376286) or e-mail to
admin@chasemidway.net.
How Long?
If
you order an embroidered sample, we will do our best to ship it within
one (1) week. Please allow at least three (3) days plus transit time.

Setup Fees:
When you order up to 300 units, there is a setup fee which will
be based on your logo specifications. We will advise you when we receive
your logo.
Orders above (300) units, our prices will include digitizing and
embroidery in one location. There are no setup charges.
If
you want embroidery on samples, we can usually provide sample embroidery
