PRODUCTION
Embroidery. When your approval is received, we add your design to our library, match it to your order and schedule the order for production. Your items to be embroidered will have been segregated and marked with the details of your order. Usually within the next week, the items you ordered will be embroidered with your design.
Preparation. Before your order can be embroidered each item is carefully hooped with the appropriate backing and topping. After embroidery, each item is steamed to enhance its appearance.
